The Clemson family suffered a big loss Tuesday when Tajh’s Boyd’s father Tim passed away. There was no bigger fan of Clemson or Tajh that Tim.
For years Carla Boyd would ask me why I made that long trip and how I knew Tajh was going to announce for Clemson. The answer was Tim. Just after Carla and Tim moved to Seneca I sat down in the Boyd’s new home for the following interview. Tajh Boyd played for Clemson from 2009-13, finishing his career with 11,904 passing yards and 107 touchdowns. A first-team All-American in 2012, he was drafted by the New York Jets in 2014. The Biography of tajh Boyd
Tajh was created on 25 September 1990. He started his freshman year in 2005 in Landstown but graduated from Phoebus High School in Hampton, Virginia and went to Clemson University, South Calorina where he played football. In ClemsonTigers, he was the starting quarterback from 2011 to 2013. He had been a standout at Clemson University soccer. College Career
Tajh was redshirted for the 2009 time and coming back the next year, he turned into the backup quarterback. The following season saw him taking over as the starter and directed his team to a 10–4 album thus winning the ACC Championship. 2011 could be stated to be a prosperous year . The season ended with him finishing 298-of-499 moves for 3,828 yards and 33 passing touchdowns.
